Melody Hallman Daniel is an actor, singer, teacher, and vocal coach based in the Greenville, SC area. She received her BA in Acting from Washington University in St. Louis and her MFA in Acting from West Virginia University. She currently teaches Theatre at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC, classes she has taught there include Acting, Camera Acting, African-American Theatre and Theatre Careers. Other teaching work includes classes in Voice and Diction and workshops in Auditioning, Acting Shakespeare, and Camera Acting.


        As an actor, Melody has worked with the ETA Hoffmann Theater in Bamberg, Germany and studied at Shakespeare’s Globe in London, England. She is a versatile performer with skills in classical, contemporary, and musical work. Areas of special interest include theatre as cultural exchange and dialect coaching. She performs in live theatre productions as often as possible, and has worked regularly in commercials and industrial films.

          Melody's latest project is Artistic Lemonade, an online arts community and publication focused on finding artistic inspiration in life's most difficult times.
